testing before shipment, including complete verifcationof seven
core performance indicators such as cooling capacity, energy
efciency ratio, andpressure sealing. We can provide a standardized
factory inspection report containing keyperformance parameters
(cooling capacity, input power, COp value, etc.) along with the
shipment.
Q4. Do you have a strict leak detection process to ensure no
leakage before thesystem leaves the factory?
Yes. We follow a triple leak detection standard:Component
pre-inspection: All core piping components undergo precision leak
testingusing a helium mass spectrometer before assembly.In-process
inspection: After system welding/connection, a 24-hour pressure
holding test(with nitrogen at 4.2 MPa) is conducted
immediately.Final inspection: After the unit is fully charged, the
entire system is scanned using an elec.tronic halogen leak detector
with a precision of 0.1 g/year.Each unit comes with a
"HermeticityInspection Report" that includes pressure-holdingcurves
and leak detection points, ensuring that the annual refrigerant
leakage rate is belowthe 1.5% required bylSO standards.
